• Each Player will choose a character with a “Real Name” that is not “Various”.  That character will be that player’s “Title Character” for this and future “Title” RDs
• A player must use his “Title Character” in each RD’s force
• Highlander rules apply with the exception being characters that are not from the same dimensions/universe/world within their given Universe, ie Marvel’s What If’s and DC’s Elseworlds
• All Characters that allow for their dial to be linked to another character must start on the map.
• No Resources, ATAs, BFCs, Feats, or ID cards may be used. Special Objects are legal
