Supported Charities
Eighty percent of the evenings proceeds will be going to Equality Now. The remaining twenty percent will be going to two local charities; the Lancaster Dutchland Derby Rollers and Girls on the Run!
Equality Now
Equality Now was founded in 1992 to work for the protection and promotion of the human rights of women around the world. Working with national human rights organizations and individual activists, Equality Now documents violence and discrimination against women and mobilizes international action to support their efforts to stop these human rights abuses.
Through its Women’s Action Network of concerned groups and individuals around the world, Equality Now:
- distributes information about human rights violations
- takes action to protest these violations
- brings public attention to human rights violations against women

Dutchland Derby Rollers
Dutchland Derby Rollers, are proud members of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) and Lancaster Pennsylvania's amateur competitive women's roller derby league. Their home bouting venue is Overlook Activities Center, located in Manheim Township (a suburb of Lancaster City).
Formed in 2006, the Dutchland Derby Rollers are a do-it-yourself flat track roller derby league, born as just an idea from a group of gals who love to don eight wheels and skate. They dedicate themselves to athleticism and community involvement while delivering a strong, positive female image to South Central Pennsylvania.
Not only do Dutchland skaters pride themselves on becoming the best women of flat-track roller derby we can be, but we care deeply about our community at large. Each home bout, we give a portion of tickets sales to an organization near and dear to all of us.
With over ten years of charity service, they have donated almost $28,000 to worthwhile causes!
